A Mismatch or Mis-Assembly is the result of the can and cover never getting settled in together during the Double Seam process. The finished result will be part of the cover and can not connected and normally mutilated.

|Incorrectly adjusted Can Feed Chain Finger with Seaming Turret.||Retime the Can Feed Chain. See the Parts List Instructions or Service Manual for this procedure|
|Improper timing between Cap Feed Turret and Seaming Turret||Realign the Cap Feed Turret with the Seaming Turret. See the Parts List Instructions or Service Manual for this procedure|
|Cap Guide Rails may not be properly aligned at the makeup point||Seamers with adjustable Cap Guide Rails and Can Guide Rails should refer to the Parts List Instructions for this procedure.|
|Improperly adjusted Cap Centering Cam or Knock out Rod height||The Knockout Rod w/Pad height should be adjusted to lightly control the can & cover while on their rise onto the the Seaming Chuck. Radial adjustment should be set to follow the same rate of incline as the Lower Chuck Cam.|
|On 60L seamers improperly adjusted Seaming Bell Cover Guides||Adjust or align seaming bell cover guides. Refer to Parts Lists Instructions or Service Manual for this procedure|
