A Reverse Wrinkle projects towards the can body or the center of the can. The point on a Reverse Wrinkle can puncture the can body causing product loss or spoilage. A Reverse Wrinkle is formed during the 1st Operation Seaming process and cannot be ironed out regardless of how tight the 2nd Operation Rolls are set.
|Probable Cause||Suggested Remedy|
|1st Operation Seaming Roll set too tight.||Adjust 1st Operation Seaming Roll. See Parts List Instructions or Service Manual for this procedure.|
|Wrinkles are in the cover curl before the run.||Discuss with your cover supplier.|
